This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds of payments made through the FEDSA Dance Sport Registration System ("the System"). By making a payment through the System, you agree to be bound by this policy.

Competition Entry Fees
Full Refund (100%)
A full refund of competition entry fees will be provided if the cancellation request is received 30 days or more before the competition date.
Partial Refund (50%)
A partial refund of 50% will be provided if the cancellation request is received between 14-29 days before the competition date.
No Refund
No refund will be provided for competition entry fees if the cancellation request is received less than 14 days before the competition date.
Medical Exception
In cases of medical emergencies, injury, or illness that prevents participation, a full refund may be granted at any time prior to the competition, provided that:

Spectator Tickets
Full Refund (100%)
A full refund of spectator ticket purchases will be provided if the cancellation request is received 7 days or more before the event date.
Partial Refund (50%)
A partial refund of 50% will be provided if the cancellation request is received between 3-6 days before the event date.
No Refund
No refund will be provided for spectator tickets if the cancellation request is received less than 3 days before the event date.

Processing Time
Refund requests are processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. You will receive a notification email within 48 hours of our decision regarding your refund request.
